Probably one of the most gifted guards in the west for 2004, Kellogg has the ability to play point guard and shooting guard. With great ballhandling and passing ability, good size and athleticism, combined with a great natural instinct, Kellogg can create for others or score. He has a great deal of street ball in him, but doesn't tend to make bad decisions. Academics could be a question.

Good pickup for UConn. Saw AJ Price play yesterday at St John's and this kid is a player. UConn recruiting is going off the charts.
