-Orlando losing to a Brown-less, JR-less and Claxton-less NOK team :nonono: . Despite key absences, NOK may have played their most efficient game of the season thus far, shooting 55% from the field. Dwight Howard though is currently having a Camby-like season, controlling the glass.

-My choice for "Game of the Night", Cavs/Sixers. It's pretty much a given that each Sixers game will involve high scores for both sides seeing as how they score and give up over 100 points a night (Raps give up 108 ppg btw :dead: ) . The James/Hughes combo just overpowered the Iverson/Webber combo though, but it was pretty even all around seeing as how the Cavs didn't have a lead until 4 minutes left into the game. And how good is Lebron and his team? In times they don't even need James to do much to win but if their backs are on the wall, James will just carry this team onto victory, and he makes it look so easy.

-Speaking of powerhouse teams, Washington just lost its 3rd straight game, though they have faced some pretty good competition as of late. If this team really thinks they could improve upon last season's success then they can't rely so much on Arenas.

-First it was the little guys' nights yesterday and now it's time for the big stiffs to make their rare productivity. Olowokandi, one of the league's well known busts, showed what number one picked centers are supposed to do each night. Then again, his matchup was against Primoz Brezec...

-Detroit loses...:eek8:, well, not that surprising since they're up against a Mavs team that seems to be getting better defensively with Avery Johnson as their coach. Oh yeah, in accordance to Big Stiff Night, Erick Dampier displayed one of his "looking to cash in on a new contract" games.

-The supposed, true powerhouse matchup, Suns/Spurs, felt like something was missing in which I can't put my finger on...and what is up with Marion's three-point shot this season? After making 80+ two years ago and 110+ last year, he has recorded only 1 three-pointer in 19 attempts through 9 games. It may have something to do with his form...

-Poor, poor Sloan. I doubt he ever pictured the twilight of his career to be coaching a team plagued with injuries to key players and be forced to rely more on the young'ins.
