Sun-Sentinel - Stan Van Gundy announced that reserve center Earl Barron would miss two to three months with a stress fracture in his lower back.

Fitch remains uncertain how he injured his back, other than it came during the team's informal summer workouts. Barron is equally unclear of how he sustained what the team lists as a stress fracture of the facet joint.

"I jumped in a weird way in the Charlotte game at the end of the game," he said of last Saturday's victory over the Bobcats. "I didn't fall. I landed awkward. It was a freak accident."
Now i'm kinda hoping we dont trade away Doliac, the more dept the better, esp w/ the luck w/ injuries we had so far...
