Wow great pickup. Backcourt of Billups and Stack is pretty sweet. Chauncey shined when Brandon went down with his injury last season in Minnesota. Atkins is ok but this a big upgrade IMO. Detroit will be a force to be reckoned with again next season for sure.

Agreed. Chucky, in my opinion isn't really suited to be a guy that starts. In my opinion this signing does two things: It gives us a pretty good starting point guard and gives us one of the best back-up point guards in the league. There are few teams that can say that they have better back-ups than Detroit. (Sacramento and Dallas are the ones that immediately come to mind)

With the influx of new players on the Pistons roster, I could see us running a ten man rotation easily.

Billups is a decent combo guard, but does he play any defense?

he plays better than McGinnis would

plus his defense will improve having an eraser back behind him in ben wallace.
