Shaq is gonna retire whenever Phil Jackson stepps down which should be in about 2-3 years which is great for the other team fans who are trying to rebuild such as the New Jersey Nets itself. With a weaker LA Lakers, maybe the East will atleast have more of a chance to win a few games in a 7 game finals series eh?
Jason Kidd should stay and K-Mart should also keep faith on the team; I see your team getting way better as the years go on and challenge the Boston Celtics, Orlando Magic and the Toronto Raptors for the Eastern conference.

as a nets fan, i thank you! well, i think that in the off-season the nets are gonna practice really hard. i think they're gonna be an even stronger team next season. why? well, they improved BIG TIME in the playoffs. so, i figure that with more practice (and experience as a team), they'll improve in the regular season to shut their critics up and that they'll also fight hard again to do good in next year's playoffs. i think they are gonna be determined to come even closer to a championship (if not get it) next season. well, we'll just have to wait and see.
and i really hope jason kidd stays. he and k-mart can soon make one of those unstoppable teams in the nba.

I don't care how good Chandler gets, he's not going to match up against Shaq until he gains weight. His skinny meatless body will do nothing against Shaq. He will be destroyed.Originally posted by devestata
