All playoff teams two years ago (last year for the T'Wolves & Lakers) and now looking to be on the sidelines this spring. While the T'Wolves could still make a run, I don't like their chances. All of these teams have rosters that are a bit of a mess. So, which of them will rebuild and return to the playoffs the quickest?

The lakers are a mess they have no low post presence or any young good players accept butler , Odom is a guy who has star talent but never seem to use it like Tim Thomas .

T wolves are a mess they need to rebuild quickly

The blazers it might take a while to get back to the playoffs but they have some young studs
