I think Oregon Arena was set up to be the cash cow while the other half was set up to be a writeoff. They lost control of the wrong half. =)

Exactly...keep in mind this is what the revenue split looks like after Paul Allen tried to worm his way out of the arena loan by declaring Oregon Arena Corp. Bankrupt. Of course you would expect a majority of the revenue to be going to the people who now own the RG.
