Why is he so low on the '04 mock? Why did he go from late first round in the '02 mock (he pulled out, of course) to being in the '04 mock, two year later, as the #38(?) pick? Surely he'd get consideration for mid first in that mock...?
Boris is not your typical NBA-dreamer . He wants to be remebered as a impact player, nevermind if it's in Europe or the NBA. So franchise question his will to play in the League, it means that they are not ready to take the risk of using a good pick on him.
Boris has definitevely the level of playing in the NBA. He is a premium smart player. If a team can get him in the secound round, they'd be really happy and will make 28 GM's look like dumb.
