Boston was a decent team just a couple years ago. They have always lacked depth but. Now with Pierce not playing like an All-Star the team is lacking a good number one option. Deron Williams is very good but even he is struggling this season, not playing up to the level he had been the previous handful of seasons. D-Will, Deng and Henderson give the C's a strong core to build around but unless they bring in some big men to fill out the roster the Celtics will not contend.

So Gladness was released by the Heat in the real NBA and only played 6 games this season making him unqualified, if Larry Owens plays in 1 more game he will be qualified and take Gladness spot on the bench. In this scenerio Juwan Howard will be the backup F/C.

How is D Will only rated an 8? That's silly to me.
