Is he on a team right now?
If not, I think the Sixers should sign him! He can pay the 3, and even the fact he can't shoot, he's still very athletic and rebounds well. Something the team needs.
There's been talking that the Sixers want to sign Cisse, but IMO they can get the same things from Porter.
