Now before I rant, I'd just like to say that I like Chris Webber. In a strictly non-sexual way of course... unless he dresses up like a woman and... but I digress. I want to see him do well, but...

If you were the Lakers, if it came down to the 4th quarter, would you allow Webber to go one on one? No doubles? He has not proven that he is a clutch player in any way, shape or form. Though the Kings won G2, he was a non-event in the 4th. Bibby is clutch, Bobby Jackson is almost clutch, but Webber is nowhere near it.

Also, how hard was he trying to let the Lakers back into it 2-9 from the charity stripe. It was like watching the rookie Webber shooting free throws again. It'd have to be playin' on his mind

Oh well, I guess one can only hope for improvement... or a miracle

If I were the Lakers, I wouldn't double CWebb at all in the 4th, as he usually disappears by then. :D

I think Webber would be a much better fourth quarter player if he quit crying to the refs. I really think that affects his game from a mental standpoint and its really too bad, because he is a really good player most of the time.
