Yea I had most of the 2000 high school class done when the site went down.

Yes, the players are ranked according to RSCI. This website compiles the rankings of high school players from many of the various high school recruiting services. I figure these rankings are more accurate rather than just getting them from a singal site.

Kind of funny how Kirk Hinrich wasn't even in the top 50 back then. Doubters -- they're amusing.
