Jeff Mcinnis losing his shot didn't help either. He already wasn't playing any defense, and then he stopped being able to shoot. Mcinnis basically played his way right out of Cleveland. In addition to all the loony off the court things he was a part of.

As for Snow, his minutes have been jerked around all year. He doesn't really know what his role is going to be from one game to the next.

He might be lucky to stay in the league. He has the stain of having a bad attitude. Eventually even JR Rider overstayed his welcome. And Mcinnis isn't even that talented. And considering how point guard heavy the draft is going to be this year, even bad teams probably won't have a use for a Mcinnis.

Actually Silas started benching Mcinnis because he couldn't shoot, didn't play defense, and was being disruptive to the team.

Malone also was tired of his act.

The Cavs aren't killing Mcinnis value. Mcinnis is killing his own value. The Cavs aren't going ot be wasting money on Mcinnis this offseason, even if he was available for the League Minimum. He's burned all his bridges.
