Or the Big Ten has took care of what needs to be done in winning despite them playing lower seeds.. The media will say the reason Wisconsin and Michigan State are even in the Sweet 16 is because they played lower seeds.. That's ok...

B10 Matchups:
Illinois vs Wisconsin-Milwaukee
Michigan State vs Duke
Wisconsin vs NC State

ACC Matchups:
North Carolina vs Villanova
Duke vs Michigan State
NC State vs Wisconsin..

It's also interesting 2 of the 3 matchups are B10/ACC isnt it?

I don't buy into any of the conference record stuff. The Big East is a good example. The three highest seeded Big East teams (UConn, Cuse, BC) are gone, but Villanova and West Virginia have pulled an upset and are in the sweet 16. The Big East isn't good or bad because of it...some teams are just playing well at the right time and some aren't. I look at things on a team by team basis.

Michigan St and Wisconsin played easier teams then a normal 5 or 6. However, they won those games while other teams could not - cannot hold it against them.

That's exactly right but the two opponents they are playing next will tell a story.. I already know Duke beat State but dont just assume Duke will win that.. Should be fun!

My top 3 conferences this year still are ACC, Big East, Big 12.

I would throw the Big 10 in with the Pac 10 in the mix for #4.

SEC, CUSA, and MVC battle for 6-8.
