Ian said he got to the bottom of the story. It is the Arthur Johnson story we've been aware of.
But they do have a motorcycle sound going off.

Thorn should resign Johnson. But that would be hot if they had a motor-ve-hicle sound that came up after an exciting play

They do - even though it's not a motorcycle, that's what they turned it into.

The Nets PA annoucer will even say "Rev It Up" at times after a VC dunk. I think most of us knew it's Athur Johnson's Crank it up but Rev it up sounds a bit cooler lol. The motorcycle effects are nice too...either way, it's a funny post dunk celebration.
