with this trade we would get a solid point guard, an established small forward and a reserve pf. we lose in injury prone player in camby (we still have howard remember), a SLOW vetran who wont be able to keep up with the up tempo running game coach bdzelik wants and we lose posey who we were looking to shop anyway. it sounds good to me. the lakers would recive another offensive/ defensive weapon. camby would be able to guard the guys like webber, garnett, malone etc. and let shaq do his thang with out getting quite as tired with all that defensive banging. posey would add a young gun who can get hottter than hell at any time. and a wise floor leader in mccloud who when you need a shot can do what fisher does.

Why did you post this on the Laker forum?

As a Laker fan I hate this trade. The three time defending champions trading away three starters? Why? In return the Lakers get an injury prone Marcus Camby, McCloud, a back-up SF to Deaven George and James Posey, a G-F at a crouded position were the Lakers want to develop George and Kareem Rush.

No way man. This also takes Denver out of the LeBron sweepstakes and without giving them that bright of a future.

No way, we lose our starting PG/SF/PF-for inury prone Camby two backups and Fox said he will retire if he can't play in LA.

ahahahahahahahahahaha.....No:|

We would lose our starting PG and SF, our best bench player and our best cheerleader.

We'd get Camby, who can play well when not injured, but he can't play PF, and he wouldn't even get to play much at backup C.

Posey is good, but McCoud isn't. And we wouldn't even have a good PG!
