Let's get it! Go Bulls!

Love the Gasol quote. Hopefully we can continue the defensive effort we gave in the second half against Brooklyn... the problem is that Portland has guys that can actually hurt us (apologies to the Johnson and Lopez-less Nets).

Rose was outstanding tonight. I was fantastic to see him play well again. I have been a big doubter about Rose being able to return to his pre-injury form, but this game showed that it might really be possible.

The other high point for me, was the play of our big men; Gibson, Gasol and Mirotic. The three big guys played very well against a tough Blazer front line led by Aldridge.

I was a bit frustrated that the Bulls did not get Butler out of the game sooner. This is kind of game is exactly where the Bulls need to do a better job of managing minutes. Butler is a young guy in tremendous shape, but would have benefited from getting a little break.
