ABOUT THE KNICKS: Coach Derek Fisher has been starting a big front line with rookie Kristaps Porzingis at power forward and Robin Lopez at center. Carmelo Anthony is healthy again after missing the last two months of last season following surgery on his left knee. Lopez told New York reporters recently he was dealing with an undisclosed injury but it was "nothing serious." TNT analyst Charles Barkley called the Knicks one of his sleeper teams and said they would make the playoffs after winning just 17 games last season.
