About the Suns: Phoenix posted an impressive 97-81 road victory over Chicago on Saturday night behind 22 points from power forward Luis Scola. Michael Beasley had played just 9 minutes in the previous three games before scoring 20 points in 21 minutes off the bench against the Bulls. The Suns have not played since Monday when they dropped a 102-90 decision at home to Oklahoma City. Shannon Brown had 21 points in a starting role while playing 43 minutes. Brown started due to a right wrist injury suffered by Jared Dudley, who missed his second straight game. Dudley is expected to be available against the Bucks. The Suns assigned former Milwaukee Vincent star Diante Garrett to the Bakersfield Jam of the NBA Development League on Jan. 10. First-round pick and former North Carolina point guard Kendall Marshall earlier had a stint in Bakersfield.
