ABOUT THE 76ERS: Philadelphia grabbed a 15-point first-half lead at home Monday before falling to Cleveland, 107-100, to remain winless. Nik Stauskas and Robert Covington made their first starts after returning from injuries. Stauskas scored 15 points and backup point guard T.J. McConnell had 12 assists. McConnell, an undrafted rookie out of Arizona, defied the odds to make the 76ers roster. Philadelphia needed point-guard help with former Bucks player Kendall Marshall and Tony Wroten still recovering from anterior cruciate ligament tears in their right knees. Former Duke star Jahlil Okafor is one of the top rookies in the 2015 draft class and could match up at times against the Bucks' Jabari Parker, another former Blue Devil making his return from knee surgery.
