Wizards have been playing better ball lately...6-3 in their last 9 games, including wins over OKC, Atlanta, @ Denver, @ Portland, and a narrow loss to the Clippers (in fact all 3 of those losses were very close).

Can't take this one too lightly, especially with Wall getting himself back into the flow of things. We have gotten burned by alot of PGs this year, especially when Nate is out there for extensive minutes.

the bulls have not been good in back-to-back games.

but they are really hot right now. jimmy butler has been playing very well in dengs absence. he draws a lot of fouls and is a great rebounder.

Thibs has turned Butler into a fantastic defender. Jimmy should start at the 2 to start games and have Rip come off the bench once Deng is healthy. I can see it causing a lot of issues come playoff time, having a guy like Wade being guarded by Butler at the start of games, then having him chase Rip for the rest of the quarter.

Weren't we winning 40-35 at one point in the second quarter?

So, that means Wizards are on a 40-15 run. :sigh:

If it's any consolation...

The 26-14 Knicks are getting blown out even worse by the 17-25 Sixers. And we're at least missing our (arguably) top 2 players tonight.

It seems the Bulls have to have a klunker of a game every 4 or 5 games anyway, doesn't it?

Yep, most teams do, but the ones who win anyways are those with a superstar to bail them out. Without Rose, and especially without Rose and Deng, we're going to have to accept these now and again.
