The Bulls are ahead by 3 in the 3rd quarter. Butler is getting his share of minutes and has 10 points so far in a close game.

Deng looks pretty good as well, although seems a bit slow at times.

Butler with 31 minutes, leads the Bulls with 19. Not bad. A controversy brewing? Deng and Butler looked good together, to be honest. Butler takes a lot of the pressure off of Deng, and Butler looked more relaxed and steady out there knowing Deng was there, too.

No complaints. :)

I think bizkit said this in another thread...when Rose returns, would love to try this starting lineup on for size:

Rose, Butler, Deng, Booz, Noah

(Main Bench: Kirk, Rip, Belli, Taj...wildcard: Nate (the Pargo/JLIII role, if you will))

I somehow doubt it will happen, but I love that lineup against Miami. Well except the "who will Boozer defend" part (Battier?).

No reason to doubt it. We'll see it for sure. Boozer will guard Bosh, maybe switching with Joakim from time to time.

That lineup only works to me for long stretches if Luol's shot is falling... otherwise I think we're going to run into spacing issues. It is one mean defensive lineup, especially when Taj comes in.
