Another great game thread...

It's pretty scary to think that we've only won 10 more games than them.
Wally with a nice cut to the basket for two. Off the ball movement is so under-utilized by the Celtics, who usually remain stationary at the perimeter.
Pretty good defense by Gerald Green on Nate Robinson as he prevents a lyaup by showing him the strong side where Perkins was ready to reject the shot.

The Knicks just had a 4 on 1 and didn't manage to convert a layup.
The refs are just trying to get them back in the game. Oh well, they need all the help they can get.

I still would have like to have Qyntel coming off the bench. Better than Scal or Dickau.
It's been a while since Perk has hit that turn around hook.

Pierce continues to make it look easy.
I have to agree with #1AWF that Delonte is a pretty bad decision-maker on the fastbreak. The Celtics had a four on one break with Delonte leading and he decides to take a contested layup that doesn't go in instead of passing it to one of his many open teammates. I'm confident that he'll improve, but it's one thing that he does poorly.

Marvel of efficiency and Eddy Curry was just used in the same sentence.
The Celtics are up 27 and Tommy is complaining about the officiating.

He is a pretty efficient scorer.
Yeah, but he's still missing the marvel part.

West could kick Robinson's ***..
Why must they toy with us like this. Watch us get blownout our next game now.
I was at this game last night. Got tix at the last minute from a friend. Nice seats too.

First of all what a mess that Knicks team is. It's actually sad to watch.

Anyway a couple funny moments that not sure you could catch on TV. Wally and PP seemed to be having a blast together all night. Joking and laughing on the bench. At one point the Celtics were about to take a tech foul shot. Pierce walks to the line with the ball. He looks back at Wally and sort of smile - Wally walks over and takes the ball and shoots the free throw (makes it).

Grerald Green: THat kid is raw. Not a huge statement I know but I did not realize how raw he was. Full of talent and one hell of an athlete. Two minor example were a TO an an inbound pass. On the turnover GG had the ball and was looking to pass into the post. From the stands you even knew where he was looking to pass. If he bounced it it would have been fine. He gave it a little lob...TO.

On the inbound it was the same thing. Bounce pass would have gotten the ball in. Instead he though it right to the guy who was guarding the inbounds pass who knocked it out of bounds. TA then came over to take over from GG on the inbounds pass.

Not earth shattering stuff - but just examples that Green is truly green on some basic stuff.

that was a laugher. Knicks are one of the worst teams i have ever seen.

is it me or does Delonte frequently get the offensive foul called on him and the annoying type of turnover when he steps on the side/base line out of bounds?
Pierce made Rose look like a D-League player on D. PP would did that step-back jumper about 5 times in a row before they took Rose off him. You can not stop that shot.
::sighs:: only if the celtics can beat any other team like that. Knicks got owned lol

 peanut butter jelly time, peanut butter jelly time
A win is a win. How many games could WE coast in this year?
It was good that so much playing time got spread around. The youngsters got to play more and the starters got a little rest.
Six players in double figures is GOOD.
Wish I could have SEEN the game, but someone tell me how sick Perk's blocks were please??
Man I have to say I loved that game, I actually feel terrible for Knicks fans, I'm sorry but Isaiah has created the biggest mess of a team I've ever seen. Who the heck wants Francis, Marbury, Crawford and Rose on the same team? ICK!!!!
