The defending World Champions. Weirder stuff has happened this season---beating the Pistons twice, being blown out in the Delta Center by the Bobcats, stomping the Suns---but best bet is that we get massacred at home tomorrow night. Wagers aren't up yet on vBookie, but when they are, you can predict Pimped Out will have a nice line for the Jazz on this one; you can make out like a bandit.

well Id like to see how the Jazz Front line holds out vs the Spurs. Boozer and Okur have put up some good numbers against weaker compitiion, but if they can do it against the Spurs then we'll really have something to cheer about.

I say the Spurs win this by 7, their guards are to strong and quick for our scurbs.

By seven, hmmm? OK, let's make it fun. I'll say by ten. Bet is 100 UCash points. Are we on?

I agree, if our big 4 manages to play good vs the Spurs, and if we dont make the playoffs, then next season will be very interesting.

i hope im wrong but with our mest up schedule and how yall have alot on the line and we stand at a comfortable 4 game lead for the number 1 seed, i feel yall will come out strong. either way i hope no one gets injured
I hope the jazz win. And I will be over in the spurs forum to chat when I get home from work. As long as you tell me what I have missed when I do. :clown:

Final: 95-86. Damn. This was looking like Utah might pull it off. Still, the team's improving.

thanks, it was a good game, just wish the 1st quarter would of been closer.
Close game, other than the 1st quarter... Duncan was off, which helped. Was the defense on him that good, or was he just out of it? I didn't get to see the actual game.

who needs tim duncan when your shooting 12-23 from the 3 point line for the guards.
Somebody needs to snap Manu Ginobili's fingers.

Jerry still looks like the person with the most passion out there. The proof: at the end of the game a fan ran into the key during a Kirilenko free throw. While all the players and security just stood there and watched Jerry ran onto the court and if the security guy hadn't grabbed the guy first I think we would have seen Jerry body slam a guy, suit and all.

Nobody. Both men are carried out, either on stretchers or in pine boxes. Those are two serious tough guys. Maybe Pop wins; he's got all that old super-spy training to fall back on.

Sloan wins within the first round. He could use his "Roadhouse, rip out the trachea" move. Or maybe the "Temple of Doom 'Kali-maa' pull out his beating heart" move. If it became more of a grappling fight then he would probably pull out the "Hannibal Lecter-chew his face off" maneuver. Sloan is a farm boy. He moves hand lines (irrigation lingo) and probably bails hay with hooks. I bet if they took a blood sample from Sloan it would be: Plasma, red blood cells, and vinegar.
