Now with Kenny Anderson in Seattle maybe Payton is a trade possibility?

sorry dude....Kenny Anderson was a contract throw in in the deal. His ending contract is all Seattle wants from him.

Plus Payton is a FA in 2 years and I doubt with the way our payroll is for the next 5-6 years, we wont be able to resign him.

But it would be weird....think of this.....

Sprewell...the resident crazy guy out on the court....

Houston...coach's son, very quiet demeaner....

Dice...well, he's Dice...

and Payton....the guy who talks the whole game. rarely is it about basketball.

We would still have a flawed roster and not enough size but there would be a heckuva lot of talent out there!!

Payton????? Not sure about that guy...Father time is catching up with him..Either that or Tony Parker is quicker than AI...Hes 34 and comes with baggage..I think you will find his market value isnt what he thinks it is...Would you trade a Wilcox for him and shell out 12 million if you were Sterling..This luxury tax is a killer in todays market with broadcast revenues down...
