That's bullocks. Roberto Horry is a PF and that's the position he's basically played all his life, sure he is a versitile player and can probably play at small forward because he has the shot but he's got the strenght and power to handle PF's who are matched up with him such as Dirk Nowitzki and Chris Webber have with him.
