The fall of Gilbert Arenas is further evidence of how much mental stability matters in professional sports. When someone loses their edge and drive, they can't compete with the rest of the NBA.

The Magic picked up Arenas to dump him. They were paying Rashard Lewis way too much money and so they traded him for Arenas and then waived him after he didn't fit. It is hard for a new shoot first point guard to join a team that had been to the NBA finals with an inside out team plan. Dwight Howard was the focus of the offense and the rest of the players were spot up 3 point shooters. That didn't work with Arenas’s playing style and Jameer Nelson (the starting point guard) was an All-star.

That was effectively the end for Agent 0 and he moved to Memphis before going to play in China
