The T'Wolves beat the 11th place Cavs.
The Hawks beat the 8th seeded Celtics.
The Pacers beat the 6th seed Hornets.
The Grizzlies beat the 4th seeded Bucks.

The only bad news is the 2nd seed Nets beat the Magic, and the Hornets beat the Pistons.

We're only one game behind toronto. Our key objective right now should be to get to .500. If we can end feburary at .500 then we will have a shots of moving up considerably.

You forgot Skiles/Bulls, Davis/Magic, whoever is coaching the Celtics, and Mike D'Antoni/Suns.

Wilkens hasn't really done anything Don Chaney didn't do. The Knicks are winning due to Marbury/weak schedule. The only team that you can say was rejuvenated was the Nets, and even that is speculation since they could just as easily have gone on a winning streak with Byron Scott. Scott won his last game as coach.

are you EVER going to get over your fixation on layden and Chaney getting fired..you are a grown man, stop your crying!!!!!

plus you sound like a jilted lover...Read what you write and you will realise just how insane and emotional you are...

The Knicks have turned it around under Thomas and wilkens...The Nets have done well under Frank...

leave it a that, and move on...

difference between Chaney and Lenny:
wilkens isnt afraid to try out different lineups to see what works best. Don was afraid to start Frank Williams over howard eisley, even though it was obvious who the better player was.

He also makes better decisions as a coach. he wasnt as dumb as don chaney to use a zone defense against the MAVS!!!

The Nets winning streak has been against weak teams. They beat Philly without AI, beat the Celtics (weak), beat the Orlando without T-mac, Houston (a good win), New Orleans without Baron Davis, Miami (weak), Philly (weak), and Detriot (another good win). Today they play the Cav's (weak), may not even be a playoff team.

his rotation was set and it never changed. The only thing that changed was in the starting lineup, where after a couple of games he put Eisley over ward. And maybe he gave weatherspoon a minute by accident. Then after a few months he realized that thousands of people wanted to see frank williams, and isaiah thomas probably threatened him, then the knicks went on to win 4 straight against bad teams. Nice to see eisley sucking it up in phoenix.

remember when he "got caught in the flow of the game," what a lame excuse...real coaches know how to control the game. its rediculous that this is the same guy who won coach of the year once.
