So doesn't that make it three years in a row now that the AE representative to the men's soccer tourney has won it's opening round game? We really deserved to get a second team in the tourney. Maybe next year, it'll finally happen.

Yes, we did deserve another team. The selections were a travesty. Even the University of San Diego coach out here was livid that his team was not selected (they should have been).

Bing and Maine are 1-1 after the first two games. Both games had identical scores: 30-28. Sounds like one heck of a battle.

I think it's four years in a row.

NU beat Lehigh in the first round of the 2002 soccer tournament and then lost a hearbreaker to UCH in the second round in double ot or pk's or sometihng like that. It was a UCH "home" game played at NU because of snow.
