I hear all these fans talking about vc not taking it to the basket, i actually don't remember Kobe driving once yesterday, all his points came from jump shots, and he hit some tough ones!!!!.

I recall him driving, but yes very seldom considering the heavy volume of shots he put up. Not sure why.

Perhaps without Shaq and having to carry the most he's trying to allocate his energy differently?

Perhaps injuries are in the back of his mind? He hasn't proven to be a pillar of health either.

Perhaps he is affected by an injury? Marv said that he and Carter are coming into the game banged up.

All I care is we won!

Yes. It does not matter if Kobe Bryant drove to the basket or not, when he can rely on his three-point jumper and his mid-range jumper there is no need to drive and risk injury. He was firing those 3-pointers last night, thankfully we still came out of Los Angeles with the win which is all I care about.
