They got Andre Miller for Darius Miles, when it was rumored that the Cavs could've gotten Odom, pick 8, and maybe even pick 12. Sterling actually did something right. He waited out on the Cavs. When the Cavs and Miller couldn't agree on a deal, the Cavs were forced to trade Miller. But for pretty much just Miles? Miles is a good player, and he could be a lot better, but Miller is one of the better PG's in the league.

Miles is probably pissed.
Cavs fans are probably pissed.
Clippers fans are loving it.
Sterling did something RIGHT!
What was Paxson thinking?

Miles seems happy during talks about the trade (which he might be just doing)
Cavs fans are happy cause this is the most entertaining cavs team in a while.
Some clippers fan are happy and mad since they all loved miles and they dont want to loose him
Miles is gonna be awesome(better then miller)
It wasnt sterling who did the trade..the GM convinced sterling into doing it
Paxson was doing it for the future since they couldnt sign miller!!

As a cav fan i am really happy to see miles here

look at it this way....the clippers gave up there 7th guy for clevelands franchise player and one of the top five pgs in the nba. which is the position that has been stopping the clipps from being a powerhouse in the western conference....now its on....tha lakers are going to have to share there new capital with there cross town rivals.....besides, we all know that odom has been getting alota **** for injuries, his love for pot. etc. but just a few years ago this clipper franchise was considering him the future of their franchise and all of their hopes of getting into the playoffs...now that he has a real leader at the point... an all star at the power forward.... a dominant big man in the making.... a sg that gives the clippers their young and fun identity...not to mention a great coach and gm (and ill give d.sterling some credit for what hes done so far) odom will show up and prove to everyone why he shouldnt of been traded instead of miles....the west is going to have a problem baby!!!!!

IT'Z DRE-DAY IN L.A.!!!

It's ON with Da Clipps....

Like I mentioned in some other forums and threads....
Donald might be known as the tight wadd, but he has a lot PATIENCE.

They have Dre to lead the attack...Dre mentioned he loves the fact that he has sooo many options/weapons now, he loves to run and gun, and I can't wait to see him throwing up some Sick *** lobbs & oops to Brand, Maggette, Q & Wilcox. He's proud to be back home as well, they'll continue to improve and They lost Miles, but they're confident that Wilcox will provide the power bangs, agility and speed Darius was known for.

Darius was the crowd pleaser, it was difficult to see him leave, he really loved the fans and he played 100% for us, but to receive the NBA'S assist leader and premier guard in return, you can't go wrong, Darius will BANG-IT-UP!! for the Cavs.....watch out!!!

My projection - Clipps @ #6 seed in the WCF
;) :D

That is the best way to put this trade into words. Miles was never a guy the Clippers needed on their team, but only to make the highlight films. Miller was a crucial part to the Cavs team, but the team got nowhere with him. This trade works out for both teams because the Clippers are a getting a great player at a position they lack skill in, and the Cavs are getting an extremely talented player blessed with potential for a guy they weren't going to be able to resign anyway.
