On Raptors.com it said that Jerome Williams and Michael Bradley have been traded to Utah for Donyell Marshall. The trade was taken off the site 1 minute later. If you don't know, the Raptors accidently did the same thing on the draft day trade. It looks like it is official and will only be a matter of time before it is announced.
