Chris Paul will be better than Bron Bron. Lebron James is great and all, with some crazy stats and large endorsements. But he has trouble winning and leading his team. Paul, on the other hand, though still a rookie has taken the Hornets on his back and shown that he is ready to be the leader on the squad. I am very impressed by Paul and his intangibles will prove the differences between him and James

oh yeah, Paul also has better Js than James

tremendous improvements from last year

btw. Cavs still remain in a funk just as they were last year
Chris Paul is the next John stockton.
Lebron James is the next Michael Johnson

Magic or John?
I think you know the answer.

Lebron James is never going to be the next Michael, or Magic Johnson
I think in 3-4 years CP will be the best pg in the league, multiple all star and first team selections by the end of his career and an mvp candidate... guy going to be huge.
im not getting into a bron vs paul debate... they are way too different of a player to be comparing

haha

I think the longer Lebron plays the more he is exposed

of course, that doesn't mean he can't work on them. But will he? It's like the fundamentals of the game if you don't get them right you can't be a good player

I think Paul is got what it takes to be a great player, a true winner

LeBron James has trouble with winning, illustrated by his team posting a record above .500. Meanwhile, Chris Paul has shown he's a winner by his team posting a sub-.500 record.

In other news, hamburgers now eat people.

Lebron James has not made it to the playoffs, and last year they bombed and this year they are still alive it is only because the rest of the eastern conference sucks. He repeatedly chokes and has not demonstrated sufficient leadership when he is supposed to do that

on the other hand, Paul has RESURRECTED a dead Hornets team and make them comeptitive and a potential winner. This will continue and Paul is already the heart and soul of the team

I like hamburgers, I eat them

edit: what is even more impressive is that the Hornets are playing in the far superior western conference, and given the line up they have they are still just 2 games under .500

On the other hand, James has RESURRECTED a dead Cavaliers team and made them competitive and a current winner. This will continue and James is already the heart and soul of the team

Meanwhile, Paul hasn't had the chance to take meaningful shots that people remember. Once he does get that opportunity, he'll miss some and irrational haters will say he choked. Much as irrational haters say it about James today.

Is Chris Paul a defensive anchor? Hornets are one of the worst offensive teams in the league last time I checked, so either Chris Paul is anchoring their defense and leading them to victories, or it's a complete team effort and Chris Paul is just the biggest cog in the system. Plus, like Minstrel said, LeBron's team has a better record.

Chris Paul is going to be one of the best point guards for a long time, though. This is just a bad comparison to throw him into. He should be being compared to point guards like Mike Bibby and Jason Kidd at this point.

Is Lebron James a defensive anchor? Is it a coincendence that the "complete team effort" surmount to nothing until this year, with Paul's arrival?

Lebron's team has a better record, so you are not going to follow your own logic and say that it is also a team effort (plus that he has better teammates)? Also, like I said, the Cavs are in the way-easier-Eastern Conference

This is not a bad comparison as long as James cannot prove himself to be sufficent down the stretch. Paul has already shown signs that he can carry the load

a great player's greatness will be so obvious that he will go beyond the "you can't compare so and so" category. That's how I see Paul
