1. Darko Milicic
2. Kosta Perovic
3. Meceij Lampe
4. Johan Petro
5. Tahrou Sani
6. Ezrahim Lorback
7. Sophocles Schortsianitis
so do not include these guys in you 2003 mock drafts, although one of them could set a president with both Schortsianitis and Milicic being born in May,June 85 so they wouldn't be eligble by current NBA rules for international players. However if any of these guys( except for Sani, who's age is under investigation) attended a US high school next year they would be eligible.

Just for your information, Johan Petro is born in 1986, I don't think he'll be eligible in 2004. Anyway, he'll be playing in France next year and go to college afterwards.

About your ranking: I think Erazem Lorbek belongs in the top 3, he was named MVP of the Euro Juniors Championship for Men he was averaging something like 23-11 for Slovenia. He is now playing the under 22 Euro, and was at 17, the best Slovenian player in their first game (17 points 8 boards 2 blks in 20 minutes)

And Schortsianitis will be a beast.

I don't really think he was ranking the players... I mean, Sofocles being listed seventh would indicate that...

And, has anybody heard anything new on Schortsianitis? Is he still planning on going pro in 2004? Also, Lorbeck... does anybody know WHY that guy decided to go to Michigan State and back up Paul Davis? Or was it the only school really recruiting him?

Lorbek rushed into going to MSU becuase his eligibility may have been revoked because he may or may not have played with pro teams in Europe so he needed to go in 2002 and not wait until 2003 when he might not have eligibility. and I didn't rank Soph #7 that's just a list, rankings wise it's close but he's 2 or 3.

He is born January 27th 1986 (According to this site), so he will be 18 when Draft 2004 will be held.
