Is Antonis Fotsis gonna be a Grizzly next season, and if so do you think he will get any time?:sigh:

I think Fotsis is worth keeping around another year. I know he's not a starter and gets limited minutes, but if teams don't defend him, he can shoot lights out. Remember the Portland game at The Pyramid in April? He singlehandley won it with his clutch shooting
in the last minute of the game. I know thats just one game, but thats one we wouldn've gotten without him. There's just something about those European shooters. I say let's give him another year!

I Agree. I beleive Fotsis can develop into a solid role player if given the opportunity. I mean the team barely gets 20 wins, why not play Fotsis as a role player, the worse that can happen is Fotsis becomes an even better player.

I remember Fotsis led the team in scoring in around 5 games, when he started playing in the 2nd and just started shootin the light's out and they kept him in.

Well all our speculation really didn't mean 'jack'. I'm really surprised they let Fotsis and Buford go and then keep Eddie Gill. I guess we'll just have the blind faith that management knows what it's doing.

UofMark, I'm more suprised of them letting Buford go than Fotsis. I thought Buford performed great for the team last year after coming in at a late start. But, remember when West came in he said that he wanted model players and players who know how to play the game. Buford knew how to play the game, but with his suspension last year surrounding the drug incident, that probably did him in. I know there's a few others on the team who's probably not considered your model player, such as J-Will, but he didn't misbehave last year concerning the drug incident.
