Last playoffs seem to be Ray Allens breakout time. He went on a rampage and probably played the best ball of his career. Many considered him to be a top 3-4 SG.

Do you think he still is a great SG in this league even after the dissapointing run of Milwakee this season??

Ray Allen is still one heck of a player. He's an exceptionable player but shooting guard in the NBA is very deep with great players. If I had to rate them it would be:

1. Kobe Bryant
2. Tracy McGrady
3. Allen Iverson
4. Vince Carter
5. Jerry Stackhouse

'He Got Game' would be either 6th or 7th, in my opinion.

no matter my personal liking of a player. I will never call anyone who wins a scoring title not that great.

All seven of those are the top elite 2's in the league. Trying to put them in a certain order just isn't fair. Why not just call them the upper echelon?

CHL,

I agree to a certain extent, but here's my feelings...

Kobe and Tracy are about equal in my opinion, but Kobe's already established himself as a winner, so he gets the nod as #1, and Tracy becomes #2. Vince, with a good year could be considered ahead of Iverson, but I really feel that the injury hindered the play of Vinsanity. This pushes Iverson to #3 and puts Vince back at #4. Jerry Stackhouse had an awesome year that put him in the top 5, and he could be ranked ahead of Vince, but he needs another great year to move up. Finley, another great player, is not as good as these five. Either is Ray Allen. Pierce, in my eyes, is a SF. That's why I ranked as I did, maybe I should have clarified with my original post.

Yeah definitely a top 5 sg here's my list:

Kobe
Iverson
Allen
Finley
Rip Hamilton

Although T-Mac, Vince, and Pierce are better than Allen I feel they're more of a 3 than a 2
