He completely blew a switch on a pick and roll with Kidd. Led to a wide open lay up. I was embarrased for him.

Miller and Krstic both had their motors running. Recall Kidd throwing up an ugly shot where Krstic finished it up, where he was running hard down the court. Then Miller was on the break where Kidd was left to defend him. Miller scored if you couldn't guess the results.
