He still could be, but I don't see any reason to trade him unless the Clippers get a PG in return in the deal.

No problem. You can have Alvin Williams and Milt Palacio anyday! LOL, not that you'd want them, trust me. =)

If we can get Jamal Crawford for Jaric, which has been rumored, then I see no reason to not trade him.

what about:

L.A. Clippers trades: SG Marko Jaric (9.1 ppg, 3.2 rpg, 4.7 apg in 30.5 minutes)
PF Melvin Ely (4.1 ppg, 2.9 rpg, 0.5 apg in 13.9 minutes)
L.A. Clippers receives: PG Earl Boykins (10.5 ppg, 1.6 rpg, 3.8 apg in 23.2 minutes)
Change in team outlook: -2.7 ppg, -4.5 rpg, and -1.4 apg.

Denver trades: PG Earl Boykins (10.5 ppg, 1.6 rpg, 3.8 apg in 23.2 minutes)
Denver receives: SG Marko Jaric (9.1 ppg, 3.2 rpg, 4.7 apg in 47 games)
PF Melvin Ely (4.1 ppg, 2.9 rpg, 0.5 apg in 24 games)
Change in team outlook: +2.7 ppg, +4.5 rpg, and +1.4 apg.

TRADE ACCEPTED

This deal would give some cap room to the clippers, also.

If we could switch Dooling for Jaric, then I'm down.. Needless to say, I'm not a fan of Boykins as a starter.. To be honest with ya.. It's looking more and more likely that we won't make a deal at all till the offseason.
