From ESPN.com:

Utah is looking to join in on the season's trading frenzy, but its wish list -- like the one-and-only Kramer's fetish for velvet scrunchies -- is very specific. The under-the-cap Jazz wants cash and future draft picks to take on a player in the last year of his contract from a team trying to reduce its potential luxury-tax bill at season's end.

Great strategy. We could get another Keon Clark! Seriously, we could get someone who could actually help out with the final playoff run, AND get a stash of draft picks for the next coupla years.

Shame (in a way) that we won't get a decent pick of our own this summer.

Anyone have any ideas what players might be candidates? Or what teams are trying to dump salary?

Phoenix looks to be the prime candidate for wanting to dump salary the most.. There are other teams that would be looking for it but I don't think the Jazz would take on any contract that expires after '05.
