Might be best known for his consistently rugged play. He gets on the glass and plays hard. Habel can score in the paint and will do what is required and asked of him. Height wise he’s not the ideal power forward size, but he manages to get things accomplished.

Jerome Habel is a 6'9", 210 pound center/forward from the Marriott Hospitality Public Charter High School in Washington, D.C. Jerome gets more out of his 6-9 body than most kids bigger than him. He’s long, blocks a ton of shots and nabs tough rebounds in traffic. Schools have been hesitant to go hard after him because of academics but from what we’ve seen on the court the last two years, he is definitely high-major. Habel averaged a triple double last season at scoring 20 points, pulling 12 rebounds and blocking 11 blocks a game and has a short hook shot down to a science.
