I know this is now irrelevant but I was talking to a friend and he said that back at the 1999 Draft, that there was a deal available where we could have traded Kukoc to the Clippers for the 4th pick, which would have been for Odom. I said you're probably getting confused with the 2000 Draft with the Fizer-Jermaine O'Neal trade that didn't go through. So was the Odom-Kukoc deal available?

I don't think so cause JK kept saying Toni was very good player almost like son even and he said if he leaves the Bulls he's going to a playoff contending team and at that time the Clippers was not much so I don't know it does'nt equal up.

i certainly don't remember any rumor to the effect of Kukoc going to the Clips.

and i definitly DO remember rumors of the #4 (and #7 i think) going to the Blazers for Jermain O'Neal.

which, i still think would have been a rip off (if it was 4 & 7).
