The picture of Paul Pierce. I have a Kansas logo that I want to place right where your Paul Pierce picture is on my profile. How do you put on there?

Goto to your UserCP. It is on the top of the screen of every page here.

Goto Edit Options

On the bottom, there is a link for avitors. Click on that link.

Once there, go to the bottom of the screen, and you will see custom avitorss.

Then just upload your picture.

Make sure you cut the size down, or it won't let you use it.
