Knicks (2-6) vs Denver (4-5)
November 18, 2005 9:00 PM
Pepsi Center
Denver, CO
(TV: NBALP, MSG)
(Radio: 1050 ESPN, WADO)

Projected Starting Lineup
Knicks

Denver

The longest road trip of the season wraps up on Friday against the Denver Nuggets, and the Knicks still have a chance to split the six-game run. Team president Isiah Thomas came along for the ride and expressed a measure of satisfaction despite the team's 2-6 start. He doesn't have a problem with coach Larry Brown commenting on the imperfect roster and sees progress toward a brighter future. "I'm very pleased," he said.

Another loss, I didn't see the game but it looks like Frye had a great game, career numbers.

he played 7 minutes shot once and made it, so [strike]shut the hell up[/strike], eddy curry played 6 minutes, screw larry brown, hes a joke, he never wanted this damn job, just send him back to detroit where he wants to be, let marbry be a 20-8 player and not a 14-6 player, play youre stars and not players that just you like and that are good on D, this guy i s a joke, fire lb and bring back herb

eddy curry got hurt. Q just sucks. have you been watching this season? hes useless. he just chucks threes, he has no handle, doesnt play good d, and he doesnt post up anything. hes shooting 38 percent, and in 9 games only has 2 free throw attempts. just two.

herb williams is not a good coach, if thats what your thinking.

leave the knicks for the knick fans...

Penny,I see what Larry is doing regarding the offense, but I dont think he has the right players for that system....Its a square peg in a round hole..What troubles me is we dont have the Defense to make up for the lack of scoring...

Lets face it,if Marbury scores 10 points,we are gonna lose....Malik Rose,A Davis and Barnes are a joke.I dont know what Larry is trying to prove, but it is wearing thin..

the fact that malik rose, and AD, and all these role players are taking more shots then our top gunners is what pisses me off. every time i see rose brick a jumper... im thinkin that shoulda been jamal, or q, or marbury, or eddy shooting. if these guys are on the floor, THEY must shoot. not antonio davis from 17 feet. thats what i hate about the offense.

and defensively truth we are much improved, but we took a huge step back against denver... we did so well in the previous games defensively... but not having eddy didnt help the defense at all. eddy blocked 5 shots the other night

He gets about 2 charges a game, and he always plays good D. he doesm chucks up threes but he drives the lane 2 dont say he sucks. he scroed 21 points in phoenx last year per game, and i just think they have to work with him more

Frye was awesome in the 1st half and then when Curry left with a hammy injury Frye just went cold and played like a tru rookie on offense and defense.Sef was playing well, but he just got shut out in the 3rd.

Another tough loss.

I question Brown sitting Q-Rich and Ariza for the whole game basically and letting Rose guard Melo when clearly Ariza would have been a better fit.
