From InsideHoops.com

"Thomas was recently offered Toronto's Lamond Murray for Anderson. Thomas still hasn't turned down the Raptors' offer. Murray is a better perimeter shooter than Anderson, which the Knicks could use with Houston ailing." NY Post

Dont know how serious talks are, but might be worth looking at.

BS article.

No way New York turns down any offer to take one of the worst contracts in the league off their payroll.

And quite frankly I don't see GG taking a longer contract like that. 6.9 this year and then 7.3, 7.9, and 8.5 the next 3 years for Shannon. That's a joke. Raps would rather just pay LM to stay home for the next 2 years at 5 mill per, or buy him out.

Shannon would be a decent fit, but not at that price. New York can't unload this guy. They would jump at any offer straight up for a shorter contract.

i don't want either one of them.... i am sure we could pick up somebody better then shandon anderson... but if not.... i dunno he wouldn't be that bad for our team... he has leadership and he plays hard every night. two qualities that not very many of our players have
