Having attended some of these game I can tell you the players who improved themselves were:
Terrell Everett, Oklahoma - smart player who does the little things
Carl Krauser, Pittsburgh (floor leader who commanded the offense)
CJ Watson, Tennessee - shot lights out
Lamar Butler, George Mason (played well in his first few games, but not in the last few)
Sean Dockery, Duke - played in control and ran the offense well
Jose Juan Barea, Northeastern - statistical MVP in my opinion
Chris Quinn, Notre Dame - played and shot well, very smart
Akin Akingbala, Clemson - good defense
Eric Hicks, Cincinnati (had 27 points and 17 rebounds in the consilation game) - got better each game
Joah Tucker, Wisc-Milwaukee - played a great all around game doing the little things
I also will say, Keydran Clark out of St. Mary's (the second alltime leading 3 point shooter in NCAA history behind JJ Redick) who is small, can shoot his butt off from anywhere on the court. Steve Novak out of Marquette will play in the NBA next year. I also believe Christian Maraker (Pacific) will play in the NBA, he just has an understanding of basketball and is athletic. In my opinion Torin Francis and Justin Gray didn't play that well and may have hurt themselves.
