Teams expected to have substantial salary cap room in the summer of 2003, as of right now (July, 2002), are the Heat, Wizards, Spurs, Magic, Sonics, Cavaliers and Nuggets.
The pistons will have cap room too when stack, cliffy ,Jon barry and mikki "waste of bench space" Moore are off the cap
