We locked up 3rd seed, we can't get #2 seed with Loss last night (Heat play 6 horrible teams and 4 of them at home)....heat = 50-26...they should go 5-1 even if they go 3-3, we would have to win out which is not gonna happen because nets not playing for nothing and teams we play like sixers/bulls/bucks will be.

so just lose today and have bucks keep 6th seed pistons up 12 over pacers.

thats the stupidest thing i've ever heard. Everyone on that football team is playing for jobs, contracts and the other 55 players winning and getting good chemistry is worth more than 1 player. Especially if the Jets are going to get a franchise 10 year left tackle.

You have to play to win. I said in another thread that if we do lose today it will sting a bit less since that would mean the Bucks would have a bigger edge over Indiana, but that does not mean that we should throw away this game.

Why do you keep comparing everything to football?
Like when you mention the Panthers beating the Giants - well NFL playoffs is a one-shot deal. In the NBA the playoffs are determined by a series of games.

I do agree with the Reggie Bush theory, why win 1 game for pride when you could have a chance to grab possibly one of the best runningbacks that could play the game. No guarantee about anything though.

The same pacers that played today. Puhhlease, that team is sorry. Its funny that all the teams that are fighting to secure playoff spots just seem to act like they could care less if they are in or not. Case in point Bucks today, and the Bulls yesternite were just downright awful.

Good perimeter D? All of the pacers perimeter players are either decent or horrible defenders. Did you forget that Ron Artest got traded? Sarunas, AJ and Peja can handle the Big three, yea rite. Jackson isn't a good defender. Fred Jones is the only good defender on the team and maybe Granger but those guys are subs and won't be playing most of the game anyway.
