Setshotwilly is back!

Marv, if he made that dunk, you would be broadcasting the rest of the game by yourself!

Pau Gasol, looking like Abraham Lincoln!
I got shot before game 5 of the finals, I didn't go to the hospital until game 7 was over.

I have to admit. When the season started I thought he was awful. He sounded slow and boring. I was not looking forward to his time with the Nets at all. Much to my surpise he has turned out to be a great surprise. He is fantastic. energetic, intelligent, humorous and honest.

If there is one aspect of his analysis that I'm not crazy about, it would have to be his penchant for gushing a little too much over certain players.

I know this is a positive thread, and I really do like the guy as an announcer, but his use of grammar kills me sometimes. Wrong verb tenses, wrong words in general, and other little things just annoy the hell out of me. This usually doesn't occur during games, but moreso when he's interviewing a player or doing the pregame show and talking about someone. Little things like that just irk me though. Overall, though, the guy is very entertaining.
^^^^ if i were you id triple check my spelling on that last post so you dont have people correcting you and asking why his grammer irked you when you cant even spell.

but your post is perfect

Awesome post. My thoughts exactly.
Mark Jackson is terribly awesome, in a Ball Walton kind of way.
