Does anyone else have the feeling that they will be one of the elite teams in the nba in acouple of years??

Jerry West made a good first pick for his team, and I'm excited to see how this team can develope.

Oh i know, that team is gunna be so nasty! Pau Gasol is gunna be amazing.

I rather of seen Wagner or Butler on this team.

I dont like how Gooden fit's on this team he simply has no where to play.

Is the front line where do you squeeze Gooden. If they would have took Butler they could of kept Stro and be better off IMO. There has to be more then 1 big man (Swift) being shoped around for them to draft Gooden, unless there planning to play Battier sg which makes no sence cause players will blow right by him.

Not happy at all with Gooden even tho he might of been the best player available.

I sure hope so. I sat through about 60 Grizzlie games last year (Jwill is my fav. player) and I saw some flashes of some dynasty teams in their blood. This team can only get better.

If you've watched many of their games, they were leading by 10-15 points to most teams, in the middle of the 2nd qrt. I know the 2nd qrt. doesn't mean much, but if they can extend their play another 24 minutes, we may see another team next year.

Just like the Rockets, they lost I think it was, 26 games that came within 6 points of winning. Same goes wotih Memphis. And gaining another lottery pick (Gooden) can only help a franchise.
