Who didn't make the reserves?

East
Jason Kidd
Baron Davis
Paul Pierce
Ron Artest
Michael Redd
Kenyon Martin
Jamaal Magloire

West
Sam Cassell
Peja Stojakovic
Ray Allen
Brad Miller
Dirk Nowitski
Andrei Kirilenko
Shaquille O'Neal

Who do you feel should have been named instead of someone? I really cannot disagree all that much. However, I do not understand Magloire.

I guess like usual it is the east's great gaurds vs. west's great centers is what it comes down too.

Rasheed?

Give me a break. What the hell has he done?

Zach, I do agree with. Elton Brand? Not really all that impressive. Z has played ok, but not All-Star form like last season.
Lebron, I could say yes.

This means that 10 player don't deserve to be allstars. Who would those players be?

I think Shawn Marion is still better than Kirilenko despite an up and down season but AK47 deserves it because Utah as a team is such a surprise.

Steve Nash or Andre Miller should be there over Ray Allen.

It sucks that Yao Ming got voted in because Brad Miller is taking away one spot for another forward now.

Lebron's market value is the greatest. He should be there.

Yao Ming
Steve Francis
Ray Allen

for example

However Dampier, Boozer, Z, Lebron, Sheed, Brand definately don't deserve it.

8 players who might deserve it

Steve Nash
Andre Miller
Shawn Marion
Elton Brand
Lamar Odom
Shareef Abdur-Rahim
Stephon Marbury
Corey Magette

He's been really overshadowed this year by Garnett and especially Cassell. Most people don't even consider him when thinking about the all-star teams.

8 guys...

Stephon Marbury
LeBron James
Lamar Odom
Zach Randolph
Antoine Walker
Erick Dampier
Elton Brand
Carmelo Anthony

There wasn't room for all of them but they could've put James, Marbury, Randolph and Anthony in there.

Ballscientist started a thread just like this one. I already responded there.

Zydrunas Ilgauskas is out ! I can't believe this bull****

Ofcourse he is not excellente defender, but in the East he has second spot for shure, why he is ignored, Magloires stats are worse than Zydrunas !!

Dude go check out the standings in Central Division and you´ll see why Magloire gets voted over Z. Coach voting has a lot to do with team record...Allen was the only guy getting in with a losing record...

Hornets: 26-22
Cavs: 18-19

Record matters, and it's not like either would have a shot if they weren't centers.

Now NBA has learned from Olympics and WC. Win counts instead of stats.
